Joseph C. Martin

Fr. Joseph C. Martin is the founder of Ashley, an addiction treatment center in Havre de Grace, Maryland. His lectures on alcoholism and his film "Chalk Talk on Alcohol" have been widely used in federal, state, and private rehabilitation programs.
