I bought this book because I was tired of paying hundreds of dollars to get a nice medium milk chocolate hair color on my dark brown hair and only getting black from hair stylists. This book is so easy to use and read. On my second day with it, I went after the milk chocolate look. The results were fantastic. I have gotten a tone of compliments on my hair asking who had done it. This book is great. Next I will try adding swirls of light into the chocolate color. I also love the resouce on the back to purchase professional hair color products. But I did use Feria products to create my results from the drug store to start. Next time professional stuff only. Try it, you will love this book
