Understanding Stocks:
Good book, enjoyed reading it. One chapter on technical analysis was a little confusing but the rest of the book gave me a good overview of the market.

Unbelievable!!:
I picked up this book after reading about it in the newspaper. In one chapter Mr. Sincere wrote about on how to make money going into and out of mutual funds. I tried it and it worked! I made a profit the first night! The rest of the book was also excellent. No complaints...well written.

Great book:
Great book! Our teacher bought several copies of Understanding Stocks for our economics class. It really helped me understand the stock market. I've reread it two times....Jenny

Excellent book:
Easy to read and understandable book - finished it in one night. Although I'm still not sure I'm going to invest in the market, if I change my mind, I have a good idea what to do. Recommended!

A Great Book for Beginners:
An well-written and easy to understand book that explains the basics of the stock market. I got this book to learn how to buy stocks online for my IRA. The author gives concise definitions of stock market terms and explains how to read different stock charts, a process I found fascinating. It's also full of caveats about the market, which I think is responsible advice on the part of the author. It's already paid off for me. I now can read the charts and check the volume and moving averages of stocks before I buy (or not buy) them. I've even made a little bit of money. Experienced investors might find this book too basic, but it's great for people just starting out.
