I've just begun reading this book. I'm only in the beginning of the book, and already it's made a major difference on my life. I've been a cronic one to always reflect on the past. Reading this book, Chapter 1, talks about 'living in the moment' I never looked at life that way. Since reading this section, my life has become calm. I just can't put the book down.
