Misleading Title:
As a Marine Surveyor I purchased this book with the thought to update my existing electrical library. A more appropriate title for this book would be "Marine Electrics and Electronics Troubleshooting Using Advanced Test Equipment". The book actually describes troubleshooting using advanced and very expensive equipment - it would cost thousands of dollars to purchase this equipment and if you don't have it the book is pretty much useless.
