Great book, very informative: This book is like getting an education in Franchising. Very informative and well written. It's for anyone getting involved in franchising at any level.
Amateur franchiser thinks this is fantastic!: I found this to be a very informative and interesting book. It was well thought out, well organized and provided me with a ton of relevant and realistic examples and ideas. Well worth the time to read. A "must have" for any franchisee/franchisor -- regardless if you are an amateur or an experienced "wealth creator." (Great term...)

Excellent introduction to Franchising: Hands down the best book I've read about franchising. It covers the topic in an easy-to-read fashion and doesn't oversimplify. Reading this will yield useful information to franchise novices as well as more seasoned entrepreneurs. A great book for someone who has a concept they feel might be franchise-worthy as it can help you understand what needs to be done to make you successful with franchisees. Great for prospective franchisees who get an understanding of what they should look for in a franchisor. The examples/case studies are very good and demonstrate points effectively. The only area the book does not touch upon in any detail are master franchise and/or area development arrangements that franchisors/franchisees sometimes have. But I cannot knock the book for this as most franchise books don't touch upon this at all.
