This book goes thru a variety of traffic engineering problems, assesing solutions and explaining in an simple way many concepts and technics used in the HCM (1994/97 updates). Very good for begginers.....
Great book that covers almost everything:
It is a great book, the only drawback is the following: it NOT written in Metric units (a.k.a. International System). I hope that the next edition use metric units.
