Beatrice by Noelle Harrison: I began reading this book with little expectation as it was a gift, not chosen. However as I began reading the atmospheric narratives I began to be interested in Beatrice's fate. This book mixes the ethereal with realism leaving the reader satisfied on both levels. The characters ring true and not once did I question their motivation. I found this book to be intelligently written in a pleasantly un-obvious style. I would highly recommend this book to the reader who wants to be wooed by beautifully crafted words that take them on a touching and sometimes painful journey in search of the truth about Beatrice's disappearance.
