Good news:
I recommend books by Dr. Perricone to anyone who wants to lead a healthier lifestyle and have younger looking skin. Dr. Perricone has an easy-to-read writing style. In addition, the book is not only informative but also inspiring. Both in content and in style "Perricone's 7 Secrets to Beauty, Health and Longevity" reminds me of a book titled "Can we live 150 Years" by Dr. Tombak. I keep both titles as my reference books. I am a little uncomfortable of Perricone's tendency to puch other products (pills, creams, etc). In that repect the other author is superior as he bases his remedies on prodcts usually available in your kitchen (flax seed oil, lemon, garlic, etc)
