Honestly, don't eat it:
When I first watched his documentary "Super Size Me" I was an instant fan. Just the way he got the information through, while making it an enjoyable viewing experience is what got me to like him. I picked up his book, read it and found the witty remarks he wrote and all the information he put in this book to be a very pleasurable reading experience.
