International Law: an important book on the subject: I read Slomanson's second edition for a college course, international law. This book introduces, defines, presents case studies, and gives the reader an overall understanding of international law. Since this is a very difficult application with much disagreement and controversy, I found this subject matter and book worthwhile. I would strongly recommend this book to interested readers of political science, international relations, international law, law in general, and for anyone who is interested in being better able to undestand or reach a better understanding of international law in the international arena.
