Constructing Questions for Interviews and Questionnaires:
I really enjoyed reading this book. It is very clearly written, and gives examples all the way through about the ways in which design of questions will influence the responses to them. Foddy gives a multitude of tips, backed up by research about questionnaire design, about how to standardise questions and get responses to the questions you intended to ask. Highly recommended
