Easy to follow:
Excellent book using basic ingredients that you would generally have in the cupboard, fridge of freezer. Easy to follow steps with good introductions to each chapter and mouth watering pictures. I totally agreed with Delia on the equipment that you really need for a kitchen and what is a waste of space, other than the salad spinner that I couldn't live without. I'm now inspired to purchase books one and two as these are often referred to and if they are as good as book three would well be worth having. Would love to see an alternative to real double cream which cannot be bought in this part of Canada.
