VERY DISAPPOINTED:
This book appears to be nothing but a reprint of a 1977 printing. It's not even an updated edition. The latest reference in the bibliography seems to be from the mid 1970's but the latest publishing date of the book is 2001. I didn't notice any indication of this in the description. Seems to me that it boarders on deceit. BOOOOOO!!!! An apology is in order.
