THANK YOU Suzanne & Liz!: FINALLY a pregnancy journal for pregnant women who are committed to their fitness throughout pregnancy, complete with fitness guidelines during pregnancy, room to record notes each day, weight tracking, prenatal visit notes and baby prep check lists. I was so excited to find this on the book shelves; I previously owned the ultimate fitness log and will likely purchase it again for post-baby goal setting and fitness. It was hard to find the right journal for me as I am quite active and want to keep track of my fitness during this exciting journey. Whether you are content with 30 min day or more this journal will help you stick to your program and keep track of important pregnancy milestones at the same time.
