AWESOME BOOK/PROGRAM: Dr. Lydon's new program is for the people who want to know WHY and HOW the body performs optimally through diet and activity. When you know the "why's and how's" it makes "doing" that much easier. I wanted to know the theory behind the program and this books delivers in a way thats easy to read and understand. So, as Dr. Lydon says, resist the urge to skip to the back of the book and read on through... once you read the science behind it, you will be very eager to get started. The food plan is very simple and doesn't require alot of extra planning. I never had the hunger and anxiety I experienced with other diets. The exercises are totally do-able anywhere and create amazing muscle development and definition quickly! I am a runner and used Ten Years Thinner to knock off some flab and strengthen my legs and core especially to make me a better runner. I love the fast results too!
