I just bought this book for my 4 year old to read to her instead of having to read another Disney Princess story. This is the first Junie B. Jones story we have ever read. It will not be the last. I laughed so hard that it took a good 5 minutes to recover so I could read more to her. I think my favorite was when she told the teacher "Mrs." that she had nice shoes. My daughter loved the names of Junie B's "friends" especially Philip Johnny Bob, the elephant. It just felt so good NOT to have to read another story about being a PRINCESS. I will keep buying these even if I just read them to myself. I don't remember when I laughed so hard. Excuse me, I need to go back for another good laugh. Buy this book. You won't regret it.

when i read this book i loved it because she relateds to me a lot because a couple of months ago i used to be afraid of what`s under my bed but when i didn`t think about i overcomed my fear. i think junie b did the same thing with her pictures.

It scared my cousin! Not so good!!!!!:
This book makes kids think monsters are under their beds, waiting to eat their toes after they're asleep and put the kid's head in its mouth. This story isn't the best for little kids. My little 6-year-old cousin, Ginny, got this book and I read it to her. She got scared. I do not like this book. It can scare kids, it scared me a bit. I like reading Junie B., but I don't like Monster Under the Bed. It isn't as good as the others. From, Indy J., Third Grader
