In this book, The Hardy Boys are off to Philadelphia with there friends Matt, Tony, and Chet. The Hardy Boys new friend, Matt, asks his friends if they can come with him to see a circus in Philadelphia. When the Hardy Boys arrive there, they go to Fenton Hardy's long time cop friend, Mario, for a place to stay while they are there. As usual, a mystery arises while they are there. The Hardy's discover that there are many high rise robberies in which the robbers come through the balcony. This leads the Hardy Boys on a wild chase to find the suspects. This is a very good mystery because it has many surprises. This mystery has a lot of action in the last quarter of the book. I recommend this book because it is a great mystery.
