I love the word of God and have perused almost every kind of bible I have been able to come in contact with. Saying that, this is the bible I choose to read daily. Not only do you get a little of everything Max Lucado has written, but the translation is easy to understand while being true to the Word. Highly recommended.

I have been searching for a wonderful reference/study/devotional bible. This is a WONDERFUL bible that has all three elements I was looking for. I would recommend this bible for anyone who is really wanting to study God's word and gain better understanding of his teachings. This is one of the best bibles I have found in a long time.
