Great reference for gram contents of foods.: It was a good book... I follow a slightly different meal plan during the day (6 - 8 meals of 200 - 300 calories each) not exceeding my bodyweight in carbs, and consuming at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, but still an excellent reference to track your diet.
