Commemorating 40 years of Trek with some of the best stories ever written in that universe: I'll preface this review with the statement that I am an unabashed Star Trek fan. But that doesn't mean that I give all Trek fiction a glowing review just because of it's subject matter. Far from it in fact. There have been a lot of short stories published over the 40 years since the first broadcast of Star Trek changed the world. This book presents some of the finest examples of that literature, spinning tales that could easily have been made into episodes of the show. From the opening 'First, Do No Harm', to the bittersweet 'Make-Believe', these stories are certain to impress. If you are a fan of the original series and are looking to read new adventures of the crew that started a sub-culture, I highly recommend Constellations.
