[.ca] Manual of Contact Lens Prescribing and Fitting with CD-ROM (ISBN 0750675179)

Kind explanation, good illustration but malfunctioning CD:
The author systematically explain the concept and clinical application of soft and RGP contact lenses. The illustrations, figures, and text formats are good and easy to understand. The CD included in this book is not functioning well. I cannot see the included movies with the executable program in the CD, although I installed all the required programs(Quicktime and Acrobat reader).
