The Sci Fi BSG novels return to form with "Unity." After the aberration that was "Sagittarius Is Bleeding" - aberration meaning that that novel was actually good - we're given this dreck about a rock star carrying a plague that he spreads at his concerts. Kara is in luv with the singer, Sharon "Boomer" Valerii escapes from her cell to wreak havoc in the fleet, and Baltar works on a cure to make himself look good. Sounds just like an episode of the show! The cover states this is an original, untold story of Battlestar Galactica. If only it had remained untold. The only thing worse than reading this book is the fact that ink and paper was actually wasted on the printing of it.
