Tells it like it is:
I get so angry listening to Mike. When he talks about how liberals are planning on poisoning our water supplies or that the ACLU is really a front for Leninists who want turn America into a reconstituted USSR its like a bolt of lightning arcs through me. Anyone who doesnt like this book is a traitor and doesn't deserve to be an American.

michael weiner lives up to his name:
Good ole Michael Savage(real name:Michael Weiner)is a proud gay-hating, rascist, muslim-bashing, misogynistic jagoff that like-minded people love to listen to, so they can feel good about theirselves and their own pathetic lives. Written like a 6th grader trying to impress his mommy, this is just a collection of opinions backed up by no facts. Hardcore fans may want to wait for the comic book version that's easier to read. Or better yet, the coloring book.

Better than his first book:
I read Savage Nation, and Enemy Within. The problem with enemy within is that Savage generalizes a lot. He thinks everyone in Marin Co. is liberal, like when he complains about the college student in line in the restaurant. This generalization is coming from a conservative living in the Bay Area. He also generalizes liberals as judges, even though he doesnt know their ideology. Savage does has a bibliography in this book - so it is more respected than Savage Nation. The book is slanted, but Savage voices his opinion.

A friend of Atheists, Christians, Jews, but not Muslims:
I was informed and amused after reading The Enemy Within. It is definitely worth the money. (...). I also laughed when I read a woman married herself or about his old friend with the bad breath. I agree on many things that Savage talks about like the assualt of the radical homosexuals and perversion that is going on in the country. The thing that I am bothered with is the stance that Mr. Savage has on Islam. I agree that the woman who wanted to cover her face on her license is an idiot. I agree that they shouldn't be allowed to broadcast the call to prayer in Detroit. I agree that Saddam Hussein should have been taken out. There are conflicts going on in every part of the globe and most of them are dealing with Muslims. Should the Bosnians just allow themselves to be ethnically cleansed? Should the Kashmiris let the Indians throw acid in their faces and do nothing about it? Should the Palestinians just let the Zionists bulldoze their homes, pillage their land, and kill their children? The Koran is a guide to life as well as a military guide. There will never be a Muslim holocaust. Why? Because Muslims will always defend themselves. That's where the verses come in that say to kill the infidels. The infidels are those who attack you. If Christians had followed the Bible's "turn the other cheek", there wouldn't be one Christian left on Earth. When America goes to war in Afghanistan or Iraq, it is following the Koran and doing jihad. There are lunatic Muslims that are killing innocent people, but they are going against the Koran as it says,"nor take life - which Allah has made sacred - except for a just cause." \o17:33\c The Prophet's recommendation to his armies was: 'Do not kill an infant, an old man, a woman, or a priest in his place of solitude; and do not uproot a tree or dry up a well.'" Savage does not understand that the answer to all the problems he has mentioned (the ACLU, the pornography, the homosexuality, and all the lewdness in this country) is Islam. Although it comes with a price and that price is your freedom. The crime rate in Saudi Arabia is nearly 0 compared to the incredibly high rate of the U.S. Why is that? Because thieves get their hands cut off and murderers get their head cut off. A criminal thinks 100 times before doing a crime there. In this country, you go to jail, where you are mollycoddled. If I was a homeless bum, I would rape, rob, and do whatever it takes to get to that place called an American prison. Saudi Arabia is not the perfect example for a just society, as they are wrong in things like not allowing a woman to drive and so on. But compared to this Christian dominated society, it is heaven. I have come to the conclusion that there are two people on Earth. One that wants justice for all or one that wants justice for himself and his people. Either you care about the safety of the Zionists in Israel, or you want safety and justice for the Jews and the Palestinians. I'm sure it is perfectly fine to Mr. Savage that Israel has built a wall around the West Bank. After all, it has decreased suicide bombings. But why is it cutting into the land of the Palestinians and separating families, uprooting tens of thousands of trees, and causing houses to be bulldozed to the ground. Why couldn't it just be a wall around the pre 1967 borders? The International court has called the wall illegal and has demanded it to be taken down. Guess which single country has disagreed? The U.S. That is why people are willing to crash planes into American buildings.

A Great Wake Up Call:
This book clearly illustrates the main problems this country is experiencing. It's an easy read, so even older teenagers can, and should, read this book. The format is entertaining. Lots of stories are told and examples are given to back up the author's opinions which, I believe, are right on target. If you know someone who's disinterested in politics and doesn't seem to care about what's going on around them, give them this book. It will wake them up and make them care, and we need a country of fully awake and caring citizens!
