Our daughter was lucky enough to have been treated by Drs. Thompson and Sherman and she was able to overcome this dreadful eating disorder. Even with their personal attention, we found their book was a wealth of information, advice and pure hope for all of us. This is a great book for a spouse or a fmaily member who wants to help. It details what is happening and what can be done. However, it is not a substitute for therapy. Please get help for your loved one immediately. There is hope.
