Beautiful pictures, not much of useful contents:
I bought this book by mistake (the cover looked similar to that of the book I wanted and I couldn't remember the title). It turned out to be quite a disappointment, the book gives a *very* brief intro to ayurveda followed by a few recipes for skin/hair care products. It's full of beautiful illustrations, but I expected more useful contents. The book I was looking for was Absolute Beauty by Pratima Raichur and I would totally recommend it over this one.
