It includes readings by some preeminent names in the study of Spirituality, Psychology, Anthropology and other related fields all collected and categorized so that you can simply go to the table of contents and choose what suits you for that particular day. Included are Jack Kornfield, Sylvia Boornsteain, Mihaly Csikzentmihalyi and Abraham Maslow just to give you a taste.... And hopefully a hunger for more. With the selections from this book, you simply can't go wrong.
