Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar book is cuckoo but useful: The format, organization and overall chaotic energy in this book screams 'cuckoo - cuckoo', but there is hidden in it some very useful information for anyone interested in feeling better using whole, natural foods.
Best book I found about Apple Cider Vinegar: What I liked about this book is that it gave recipes for household use and it also listed healthy recipes to eat or drink. While I don't agree with everything the author says in the book, I found it worthwhile to read.
apple cider vinegar !: Apple Cider Vinegar tastes horrible, but if you can learn to keep it down, its very beneficial.Fortunately, you need not drink it straight. You simply add a few teaspoons to a glass of purified water;you can also add it with raw honey to water. My dad takes apple cider vinegar with water whenever he eats food that is suspect. He has never gotten sick with food poisoning, although many of his colleagues have! For antiseptic purposes, ordinary Heinz or generic apple cider vinegar is acceptable. However, for nutritional purposes, you should use organic, raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with the "mother" of vinegar.Unfiltered vinegar is preferrable. This type of vinegar can be found at a natural foods supermarket.I prefer Bragg or Spectrum Naturals brands. This book will help you use vinegar to maximum benefit.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple Cider Vinegar is the icing on the cake. This is a must read book along with Paul and Patricia's Fasting and water books! I had always heard about Apple Cider Vinegar but just thought is was some natural drink. Everyone in the world should be drinking this on a daily basis! The book is extremely informative and delightful to read. It answers all your questions and then some. Patricia and Paul have out done themselves once again...Their books have changed my life!!!
Apple Cider Vinegar by Bragg: I ordered four copies of this book so I could share them with friends. Over the years I have had at least six other copies but lost track of them as I passed them to others. The information is invaluable, inexpensive, totally natural and most importantly helpful in maintaining good health. I am now 72, very healthy and very active. My mother was a proponent of apple cider vinegar and honey and took it daily. The book is indexed, has defined headings and is concisely written. It is both interesting and very readable. I highly recommend it. A lady to whom I lent the book about three hours ago just called to say she is already half way through it! She wanted to know where she could get her own copy because she wants to underline topics of particularl interest to her.
