It is not difficult to believe that nature works better than synthetic, it has always been that way. I recommend this book, and studying Native American and Asian natural healing methods. Please be responsible when choosing the herbs recommended in this book. If possible, grow your own(organically) and replant. This book is a great guide and reference for parents who ever had any doubts about the need for antibiotics as prescribed so readily by the family doctor. Explains very clearly when they are necessary and when not.
