enjoyed most of the book:
the first 150 pp were well written and very interesting though simplistic and pertained to what i was looking for. Not very in depth but entertaing.

An important second book:
Mikes previous book, "Radical Elk Hunting" should be read first. You may have to find a used copy. This second book added to the "Radical" method. It extended the technology to encompass the ability of the Elk to adapt to changing enviornments and hunting pressures. I found it very useful and informative. The hunter must change his approach to elk hunting as fluidly as the Elk changes his approach to survival in his enviornment.
