You need this - really we all do!:
If you have ever attended a function where someone tries to introduce you to 5 people all at the same time - you need to buy them this tape. The format is entertaining and you really learn what to do and not to do to irritate people. Don't let this fall into the wrong hands! See my review for other tapes I recommend on my member page. There are three sets I have enjoyed.

Poor recording, reasonable reasoning:
I bought this cassette very new, and I think that like other people, I too found the recording to be unacceptable. The subject matter was quite interesting, and gave me an insight of what is going on in other people's mind when they behave in a certain way. Most importantly, it has made me realize that I may have been a pain in the neck to other people, without necessarily intending to be one. I know that people around me mostly tell me that I am a very reasonable person, but after reading the book, I am more conscious now whenever I spend negative energy after being frustrated with someone or something. I try to focus on getting results out of the frustration I am showing towards someone, instead of focussing merely on demonstrating my displeassure. A good read, but poor recording.

How to deal with difficult people audio cassette:
Although the content is interesting and well spoken, the recording of the cassette was defective: I found little pieces of plastic inside the cassette that interfered with the recording process, therefore the final result is a mess. I paid a lot of money for this very poor quality product. I will try to complain with the authors too.

Hilarious insights into why people do what they do!:
Would definitely recommend to all who desire to improve their relationships at home, with friends or at work. Very good value too.
