I am so grateful to Dr. Jim Cain for gathering all of his (and others') Raccoon Circle material into one incredibly useful book. Raccoon Circles are an essential tool in adventure/teambuilding programs and this book is a great resource for teachers, professionals, camp counselors, and anyone else who desires to build team and community in a group. Not only are there instructions for specific activities/initiatives, but Dr. Cain includes very uselful sections on facilitation and using symbolism in teambuilding.
