Chapter three has to be the most interesting and understandable description of the human digestive system and related disorders ever written. I started using the digestive enzymes after reading the book and finally have relief from a life-long battle with irritable bowel syndrome. Plus my arthritic joints are not as sore. Amazing, but logical after you read this book.
