informative and inspiring:
there are no patterns in this book that i would actually make but it is full of interesting tid-bits of information for the knitter/crocheter who just wants to know little bits and pieces about his/her craft. like the fact that there is fiber out there make out of pineapple and angora rabbits are suprisingly cute. and bison have three (or maybe four) layers of hair and only one is spinnable (is that a word?) into yarn. i have learned from it and i find myself flipping through it over and over. i love the photos and now more fully appreciate various organic yarns and their producers.
