I was looking for specific information about herbs and how they can help my health. The book wastes no time in getting to just that! In straight forward language I could easily understand. It describes clearly the herbs and the toxins they help remove. It informs the readers which herbs best cleanse for each aspect of human health, it covers digestive problems and how herbs can help, this was what I was looking for. It talks about the liver, the immune system, lymphatic system, kidneys lungs and skin. I have since taken a herbal seminar and was able to enjoy it as an informed partipant because of this book. I am planning to purchase the liver detox book as well. Tea will never be boring again!
