Inside look: I bought this book right after Christmas, without reading into it much I knew I'd want it simply because I really enjoy Al Pacino's movies. This book is interesting as it spans 25 years from a first meeting back in the 70's to interviews that took place in recent years. Not only do you learn a lot about Al over this time but the style of questions change as you can tell the Grobel and Pacino become good friends. This would be an interesting read for anyone interested in Al Pacino or anyone interested in the artistic side of acting. Al puts the reader in his shoes and lets you really get to know him and how he feels about certain things(women, theatre, oscars, money, and a whole lot about Shakespeare). This is a fun read with lots of interesting and funny stories throughout. There is also a great introduction to al pacino's past featured as an Introduction. Buy it!
