FANTASTIC! - WELL WORTH THE READ !: This is an excellent book that explains how and why humans interact in the way they do. You don't even need to be in a relationship to learn and benefit from this book. By examining how we give and take energy from each other, this book brilliantly explores the causes and consequences of both positive and destructive types of interaction, coupled with a dash of humor and realistic every day scenarios. This book also gives us insights about how we define who we are and how this influences the emotional quality of our lives. It is a thin, easy to read book that is packed with insightful, thought provoking information. I keep going back to it simply because I continue to experience things that relate to this book, almost everyday. It also discusses how we are all made of energy and how our emotions are based on how much energy we have. It explores how we define ourselves and how and why we affiliate and interact with other people. It has left me with a tremendous sense of understanding about the many things that go on in life and a positive outlook on my own personal development, as well as the evolution of the human species. It is realistic in that it convincingly explains the difference between arrested development and being patient for our own development and the development of those around us. Personal growth takes time whether in a relationship or not, but we must always stay open to the changes occuring around us. If we are in tune with ourselves, we will know when to take time and when to move on. When to be patient and when to give ourselves and the others we love and care about, a little 'nudge'. Overall, this is a really outstanding and enjoyable book. Most importantly....and as the author wonderfully encourages, life would most certainly be a much better place to live in, with more 'EMPATHY' in our lives. WELL DONE!
