Excellent Information:
My mother-in-law was diagnosed with COPD several years ago, and is now in the final stages. She has been through so much, especially in the past six months as her life has slowly deteriorated due to breathlessness, constant illness and fatigue. This book provided very informative and personal views of COPD patients and gave me hope. It also reinforced the fact that we all need to take control of our health issues and persist if we feel we are not receiving the care that is available to us. I highly recommend this to anyone living with or supporting someone who is living with this terrible disease.

Excellent book. My husband is in the later stages of COPD and this book hits the nail on the hammer. As it states, so it is.Very informative to both patient and family. Lay man terms used on the different stages, therefore makes it easier for jotting down questions to take to the Docs on your next visit.
