Absolutely Great Book on Preserves: Every single recipe I have tried from this book has turned out beautifully. The instructions are precise and my friends all love whatever I make from it. I have several of the best books around on making preserves, but this is the one I return to the most. She covers, Jams, Jellies, Marmalades, Conserves, Preserves, Fruit Sauces and Butters, Pickles, Relishes, Chutneys, Ketchups and Infused Vinegars. She has accompanying recipes for using preserves with other things - as well as a good explanation for the techniques. As I said I refer to a number of books on preserves, but I really couldn't be without this one.
