I think this book is for everyone, ESPECIALLY anyone who works in the medical field!!!! I would recommend everyone who walks into a doctor's office be armed with this book. Tests like bone density and high cholesterol are shown the light of day. Drugs are being pushed too much in society and we are ruining our quality of life because of it!! Read this book and be enlightened!!!!!!!
