Where is the book?:
When this item finally arrived I was quite surprised to find out it was in CD format. The content is there but I was led to believe that I would be getting a hardcover book that I could study without having to sit at a monitor. I am hopeful that the content is worth the $300 I spent but had I known it was on CD I would have gone elsewhere to purchase. I feel ripped off.
