Profound Knowledge:
Deming's concepts are profound, and seemed abstract enough to require some type of meat to hang on the hooks before I could understand and apply them (especially to improving safety performance). Thanks to this concise, informative, and easy to read book, I know longer feel like I'm re-arranging the deck-chairs on the Titanic or nailing poached eggs to trees.
