Pretty good...: This was a pretty good book. Actually went a little more in depth about certain health problems and the like than some others that I have read, and it gives a lot of example inductions and other great stuff like that which is good for a beginner...
Comprehensive book on hypnosis: The author presents an easy to read, interesting and usefull book on hypnosis. I was able to use the historical section for my lectures at various universities. The applications of hypnosis were simple to understand, yet advanced enough to meet the needs of professionals. I was very happy with the way Ms. Hadley explained the cognative approaches to smoking cessation, weight reduction and stress management. I am happy to recommend this book to my students.
Brett K. Steier (Master Clinical Hypnotherapist): I liked this book a lot. I feel that it would benefit the novice as well as the professional hypnotherapist. In this book it gives you information on exactly what to do with each situation it talks about. It gives you inductiona as well. It also talks about different type of hypnotic communication, I liked that part. This book would definetly help you along the way while you are studying and practicing hypnotherapy.
