This book rocks!:
I would have called it "Rock Knits" intead of "Punk Units", because all the musician cited as inspiration in this aren't all "punk". This book contains lot of patterns I can't wait to knit, even the scarves are fantastic! Among my favorites there's the Billion Dollar Hat (modeled my no one else than Alice Cooper's daugther, Calico), the Woodstock Waistcoat, the DM Warmers (to wear over Doc Martens boots) and the New York Dolly vest. The author had the boldness to mix several type of yarns such as furry and ribbon yarns. She also included a small how-to guide to create different type of holes to add a deconstruted effect to our knitting. A pretty cool book!
