this is THE book series: i have been borrowing the books from a friend but i cant get enough of them. it doesn't take me an hour to read one book. this is most deffiantly what high school life is like since i am a freshman in high school i would know. i am most deffiantly not an emotional person but this book touches my heart and my soul. i advise everyone to read this series!!! emily aka jimmy
Love it!: omg it is awesome and so addictive and wow the thing teenagers go through is unbeliveble. I love it so much awesome and it'a a true book. I'm not one to read romance but wow amazed at it !
Fantabulous!: I love graphic novels although I have always been a little hesitant to read manga books (I think it's the pokemon phobia I had when I was younger...) but HOLY COW! I was so hooked to this book that I could not put it down despite the fact that I was incredibly tired. And when it ended I was "NO!!!" and the next morning I rushed to the library to get the second and third books in the series. I will definetly be taking them on vacation to read with me and I highly recommend this book (and most likely the series) to anyone... well mainly anyone that is a girl since there are a couple of corny (yet sweet) moments. I can't wait to find out what happens next!
Definetly Worth It!: I was recently given this manga to me by a friend of mine, whom told me it was one of the best she's ever read (and let me tell you, she's read a lot!). I didn't believe her, so I borrowed it just to prove her wrong. Well, it turns out I proved MYSELF wrong! This manga is wonderful and hilarious, but more for the teenage readers. The manga is very realistic (except for her parents) and it has a terrific plot. I would definetly recommnend this manga to teenagers. Older people would probably not enjoy it as much.
Couldn't put it down!: Marmalade Boy is in my top three favorite manga titles of all-time. That's how good it is. It has no magical girls. No magic powers. No cat-girls. No fanservice. Just an all-around good story. I picked this title up a while back, sometime last year around October or November. After I had only read a few pages of the books, I was already in love with this series. 16-year-old Miki Koishikawa's life is turned upside down when her parents tell her that they're getting a divorce and switching partners and re-marrying to a couple named the Matsuuras. The Matsuuras have a son the same age as Miki, who is named Yuu. And as if that isn't bad enough, all of them have to move into a house TOGETHER! Oh no! Oh and did I mention Yuu is REALLY cute? This has kind of a soap-opearish theme to it. Buy this if LOVE shoujo filled with romance and cute characters! Great artwork, too. Hope this helped!!
