Overall a poor book, all info is taken directly from open sources and is known to anyone who has spent at least an hour researching the subject on internet. The author goes into WAY too much detail on the Punic War (If I wanted a book on the Punic War, I would have bought one). Save your money and buy a better book on the subject.
