Meh, if you like repetitiveness...: Having gone Gluten free a couple of months ago I was ecstatic when I heard this book was coming out. It can be hard to find recipes that incorporate both gluten free and vegan aspects. This book is a disaster in my opinion. It is very basic, VERY repetitive and quite boring. For example: The vegetable section has about 4 recipes for roasted vegetables, sure a couple of changes in the veggies added in...but you sure don't get your bang for your buck with this one. Summary: Don't waste your money. There isn't a lot of content in this book, definitely some better ones out there.
Very practical: This book has been wonderful for me. I've made many of the recipes and have thoroughly enjoyed eating them. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants or needs to avoid gluten and animal products.
