greatest book i read: This book, along with 4 stroke engine tuning are the best book I read. I even prefered it to Maximum Boost which is suppose to be the hottest book. This author is really good, but you need some basic knowledge to understand him, he goes really deep in details and doesn't give many examples. I highly recommend this book. Read Maximum boost first though if you don't have any knowledge, easier to follow.
Just perfect, a must for tuners: Great book for those who start in tuning. Explains the basics of everything from fuel to ignition. Unfortunatly doesn't go into tuning details. Also the book is a little old but covers the basics perfectly. You doesn't need to read a chapiter before the other. You can start in any of the chapters.
Just Awesome: What can I say except 'brilliant'. I read Bell's other book "Four Stroke Performance" and I loved it alot. When I finally got this one, I couldn't put it down. The best book on turbo and forced induction theory I've read. A must for those who want to learn whatever thay can on the subject.
Excelent Book: Personally , this is an amazing book that anyone interested on boost NA engines or already boosted engines, should have in our library. The book have excelent theoretical and practical information about turbos and superchargers including good information about tuning. Is easy to read for the beginners and have enough detailed information for experts.
Best book I've read on FI: Definitely the best book I've read on forced induction. It doesn't go into the actual tuning of any systems, but it explains absolutely everything else. A very thorough, well documented FI bible. Mentions a good portion about the history of FI and how BMW and other companies succeeded (using 30-50 psi!!! on a 4-cylinder). When Engine Management: Advanced Tuning by Greg Banish comes out BUY IT! It will be an excellent book on actual tuning principles.
