I originally intended to assign this book to my Systems Analysis class, but wound up reading it straight through, with the effect of missing the deadline to submit the correct forms for new required texts! Utterly entrenching, "New Secrets..." demonstrates in the most cromulent manner that Ramazanov was the pre-eminent authority on Stress and Weight Management in "rhodies," as we of the greene thumb like to call them. Dr. maria de Mar Bernal Suarez complements Dr. Zakir's sometimes flippant but always spot-on observations with hard, cold facts, a veritable Scully to Zakir's Mulder. Though the subject matter is far more banal than aliens and government coverups, "New Secrets..." isn't afraid to plumb the depths of Weight Mgmt with tenacity and intrepitude. I particularly enjoyed the chapter that asserts to connect obesity and hypertension with proper mulching and composting techniques. Definitely something that will make you say, "Why didn't I think of that!" A must-read.
