Not as useful as I hoped.:
I love to keep things organized and wanted a proper place to plan with a little more fancy-ness than my usual mead notebooks. Unfortunately the planner lacks space for personal notes/lists. The thing is HUGE and embarassing to carry around. I really regret this purchase and the keepsake part is questionable. Ideas are incredibly traditional...such as personalized matchbooks & napkins? I'm considering ordering the anti-bride guide instead. Though I don't consider myself an anti-bride, the other book just seems way hipper then the Times New Roman/Script stuff I got with this planner. The one useful thing was that it gave an estimated price range of what things actually cost. However, I got a better idea through Nina Willadorf's book 'Wedding Chic'. Which taught me how to save and not just pay up. Checklist was also helpful. The budget analysis I didn't use, because stuff I found online was much easier and would update itself. The pockets were useful but small. I didn't find the comparison charts useful at all when choosing a vendor. Some of the questions were a bit lame and sometimes the comparison chart made up the entire section of the subject. That was it. I found some stuff informative, but I was looking for more worksheets and note space then just the comparison charts. I really wanted to love this planner, but ultimately I was disappointed.

Great Content!:
I bought this before I saw the Ultimate Wedding Planner (same authors). I thought the format for the Ultimate Planner was much better (ring binder rather than spiral bound) so in order to compare the two I also bought the Ultimate Planner. I was disappointed that the Ultimate Planner did not have anything like the same amount of content as the Easy Planner & Keepsake, so I returned it. But as the Ultimate Planner format was so good, I removed the pages from my Easy Planner, trimmed and punched them and put them in a binder of my own. The content of the Easy Planner is superb, and I would recommend it to anyone. I would also suggest doing what I did and putting it in a ringbinder - it takes some time but it is worth it! Then it is much easier to add all the notes and paperwork which is accumulated during the organizing of a wedding, especially as the pockets/subject separators are nice but not nearly large enough. But overall an excellent planner. It would be wonderful if the authors could put this planner in the ringbound format for the next edition!

A Great Christmas Gift!:
I just turned 19 years old and this year I decided to get stuff that would be useful in my future! This book is so easy even for anyone! This book is worth your time and money! it has things like checklist and who pays for what and questions you have to ask vendors. what really made me feel Good was the poems on each and every folder they where just wonderful. An Idea. If you'r not sure about buying this Book check out your local Book store then see if you would use it or not then come back on here and get it cheaper or buy it there what ever you want.

Very Helpful:
I found this book to be very helpful planning our wedding. It is easy to follow and saved us money. We also got a great CD from amazon.com "New Wedding Traditions Volume I" It had songs I was looking for "A Song For My Daughter" for our Father Bride dance and "A Song For My Son" for the mother groom dance and "A Wedding Thank You" for our sisters and brother. It helped so much!!!:
I got this wedding planner right after I got engaged. I took it with me everywhere, from reception sites to the florist. The large pockets helped me keep everything organized. The checklist got me thinking about things I otherwise would have missed. As a result, I had a beautiful wedding. Almost two years later, it's fun to look back at all the planning. I even recently bought the same book for my sister to help plan her wedding!
